Living Social Special Details

  • Your coupon is good for three hours of labor. The “up to four rooms” acts as a guideline to give you an understanding of what “three hours” of labor typically means.
  • Every home is different. By specifying your list of priorities/rooms, our cleaning teams are able to work off of your preferences to do a thorough job in the three hours.
  • Most of the time we send out two people to do a clean. This means the three hours of cleaning gets divided in half so that they will only be at your home for 1.5 hours (but this is still three hours’ worth of cleaning). If only one person is present, they will be there for three hours.
  • Our cleaners carry all of the general supplies that they need.
  • If you would like a special cleaning project completed (i.e. cleaning your oven or dusting blinds), let us know so that the cleaners can be prepared.
  • If you would like to schedule more than the three hours allows, please let us know so that we can schedule the proper amount of time and get a credit card number from you.
  • Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00am to 5:00pm, unless special arrangements have been made.
  • You do not have to be present at the clean as long as there is a way for the cleaning team to enter your home and then secure your home upon leaving.

Living Social Special

If you purchased a three-hour house cleaning SPECIAL through Living Social, the coupon has expired as of December 8th.  If you contacted us and filled out the form before December 8th, then we will honor your coupon.  However, all forms submitted after December 8th, are expired and we will not honor them.

After you have submitted your online form, we will contact you to CONFIRM that we have received your form. From that point, we will ONLY call or contact you WHEN we have a date open from the dates that you have listed on your form. We would like to thank you for your patience in advance.

When both parties have settled on a date for service, please know that if you cancel, the next available date may be more than 2 weeks out.
